About The Settlement

How long will this process take to complete?

We are unable to provide that information at this time. We must hear from all class members first.

  • All claims must be received by August 5, 2024.
  • All distributions will be made by December 2024.

How much money will I get?

The final amount will be determined by the EEOC after the completion of the claims process. We currently do not have that information.

How did the EEOC get my contact information?

The information was provided from the Respondent’s applicant information.

What if I do not have a computer and cannot respond via the website?

You can still respond by USPS using the self-stamped address envelope you received or by email.  Be sure to respond soon after receipt so not to be untimely.

Do I have to certify my mailing before sending back in the self-addressed envelope?

No, but we recommend you do so that information reaches the Claims Administrator and can be tracked if lost during transit.

What happens if I misplace my documents before sending them back?

You can reach out to the Claims Administrator for new ones.

Would if I move during the process?

You will need to contact the Claims Administrator and update your contact information.

How long will I have to cash the check that I receive?

You will have 90 days. Please be sure to cash your check soon after receiving.

Will my contact information be shared with others?

No, your information is only used for the administration of this process.
